At Rahatly, we are committed to delivering your lifestyle essentials—from luxury perfumes and bags to toys and home decor—with speed and care across the UAE.

1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

We ship to all 7 Emirates. Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 24 to 48 hours.

  • Northern Emirates (Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5 working days depending on courier schedules.

Note: Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: AED 15–20 (depending on location).

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AED 200.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional fee of AED 10 may apply for COD processing by our courier partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and Email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package in real-time through our delivery partners.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our courier will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the best delivery time.

  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address (including villa/apartment number) are accurate to avoid delays.

  • In the event of multiple delivery attempts failing due to the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great pride in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at [Your Email/WhatsApp] with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
